The machine arrives on a truck. The OEM tech flies in for two days. The drawings say one thing and the slab says another. Somebody has to build the platform, cut the roof penetration, run the air and the process piping, set the unit to tolerance, and make it all happen between second shift Friday and first shift Monday.
That scope is where equipment upgrades stall. Not the equipment. The install.
Most facilities solve it by stacking four contractors on top of a maintenance manager who already has a full job. Structural points at rigging. Rigging points at the millwright. The millwright points at the drawings. The punch list drags into the next quarter.
We take that scope. All of it.

Six hundred miles from Rancho Cordova covers the Central Valley, the Bay Area, far northern California, and the Reno-Tahoe area, and it reaches across the West, with licensing verified per state before we mobilize. If your plant is inside that ring, we mobilize our own crews and our own rigging. Outside it, we still design it, build it, and ship it.
Cal/OSHA 8 CCR §3277(g)(2) puts fixed ladders over 20 feet in scope, stricter than the federal 24-foot trigger under 29 CFR 1910.28(b)(9). Most facilities counted at 24 and have more ladders in scope than they think. And under the federal rule, any ladder section you replace today has to carry a fall arrest or ladder safety system at that time.
We fabricate and install fall-arrest retrofits for existing ladders, and we build new fitted fixed ladders with approved fall-arrest systems.

Yes. That is a large share of our work. We install and integrate equipment purchased by the end user or shipped by an OEM, anywhere inside 600 miles of Sacramento. We handle the structural supports, ducting, utility tie-ins, rigging, and alignment, and we coordinate the scope split with the OEM's technicians so their commissioning and warranty obligations stay intact.
That is the normal condition, not the exception. We sequence installation around plant operations, prefabricate as much as possible in the shop to cut on-site time, and work shutdown windows and off-hours when the sequence requires it. On our documented OEM installation in an active manufacturing and processing facility, no unplanned downtime occurred.

Standard fabricated products have published 2026 budget ranges on our price guide, covering everything from bollards at $450 – $850 each to heavy industrial mezzanines at $35,000 – $75,000 and up. Those are fabrication-only figures. Installed pricing and custom industrial work are quoted after a site visit and field review, because access, utilities, and shutdown constraints move the number more than the steel does.
We mostly operate in the commercial and industrial sphere, and we are open to larger high-end residential. A single bollard or ten feet of handrail is usually better served by a local shop. A 200-foot guardrail run, a mezzanine, an access-hatch package, or anything that needs a stamp is our work.
