Information you give us. When you submit the quote request form, you provide your name, company, email address, phone number, project location, and a description of your project. You may also attach files such as drawings, specifications, or photographs. If you call or email us instead, we hold whatever you send that way.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, this site records basic technical information when you visit: your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you view, and the site or search that referred you. This is used to understand how the site is performing and used.
What we do not collect. We do not sell products through this site, so we do not collect payment card information. We do not have user accounts, so we do not store passwords.
How we use it

- To perform work you engage us for
- To communicate with you about a project
- To maintain business and project records
- To understand how the website is used and improve it
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Project files and drawings
If you send us drawings, specifications, photographs, or process information, we treat them as confidential business information. We do not publish them, share them with other clients, or use them in marketing without your written permission.
This is also why our project portfolio does not name clients. Much of our work happens inside operating plants where layout, process, and equipment are competitively sensitive.
How long we keep it
We retain quote requests, project files, and business records for as long as needed for the project and afterward for the periods required by our business, tax, and legal obligations.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to correct or delete information you have given us by emailing vlad@miller3engineering.com or calling (916) 842-7402.
California residents may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to request deletion, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.
Children
This site is directed at businesses and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect information submitted through this site, including encrypted transmission. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
